Even if the temperature difference in indoor use is relatively large, cold forming hydraulic cylinders are generally used in workshops, and the environment is stable, but The pressure is relatively high, and the operating pressure is above 25Mpa, and some products even reach ultra-high pressure above 100Mpa.
Support type hydraulic cylinder: Hydraulic support is a commonly used equipment in mine production. It is mainly used on the mining face to protect the safety of personnel and equipment. The environment in the mine is harsh, the temperature is high, and the corrosion is strong, which has a great impact on the stability and pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. Extremely high requirements, the normal working pressure is 16Mpa, but because of the supporting role, the actual design pressure is 31.5Mpa, the coating has been specially treated, and the working medium is generally water glycol.
